The 21st year of Ketchum’s free weekly concerts, “Jazz in the Park,” starts Sunday, June 18 from 6-8 p.m. at Rotary Park across from the Wood River Community YMCA.
The first concert features Nicole Christensen and her band of six musicians. Also this summer will be two new bands, one from Portland and another from Boise. Also, Frim Fram Four from Boise has expanded from four to seven players to do a special on Louie Armstrong and Louie Prima. And Tony Galla, a singer from L.A. who moved to Boise, will be back with his band.
