Earth Fest returns to the Wood River Valley in recognition that our fragile planet needs us all to increase our sustainability actions to slow the current rate of global warming.
Earth Fest, 10:00 – 2:00 Celebrate Earth Day with a fun-filled day of events, both inside and outside at Town Center West. Games, music, food, raffles, composting, tool sharpening, landscaping tips and more. A full list of activities can be seen at CACWRV.org
Earth Day 5K Road Race/ Fun Run – 10:00 Starting and ending at Town Center West. The whole course will be on neighborhood streets due to expected river flooding and wet trails. Adults $20. Students $10. ** Tip: You can bring in your old and unused athletic shoes for REuse or REcycling!
Earth Fest @ Kiwanis Park 2:00- 5:00 More celebrations with family-friendly activities from recycled art, face painting, corn hole, music, great food and more. Kiwanis Park is located on the bike path behind Balmoral Apartments.
Trashion Show -7:00- 8:00 Community Campus t- See the latest in fashion made from thrown-away and non-recyclable items created by the W.A.T.E.R. Club.

La fiesta de la tierra regresa al Wood River Valley en reconocimiento que nuestro planeta frágil nos necesita todos a aumentar acciones sostenibles para disminuir el calentamiento global
Fiesta de la tierra 10:00 – 2 p.m. : Celebrar el día de la tierra con un día lleno de actividades divertidas, afuera y adentro del Town Center West. Habrá juegos, música, comida, rifas, compostaje, afilado de herramientas, consejos para el paisajismo, y más. Una lista llena de actividades se puede ver en CACWRV.org
Día de la tierra 5k carrera de carretera/ carrera divertida – 10 a.m. empieza y acaba en el Town Center West. El curso completo va a estar en las calles vecindarios por inundaciones fluviales y senderos húmedos. Adultos $20 y $10 para estudiantes.
Consejo; ¡puedes traer tus zapatos deportivos viejos y sin usar para reutilizarlos o reciclarlos!
Fiesta de la tierra- Kiwanis Park 2:00- 5:00: celebraciones más con actividades familiares de arte reciclado, pintura facial, agujero de maíz, música, buena comida y más. Kiwanis Park está situado en el carril bici detrás de los apartamentos Balmoral.
