OUR VOICE COUNTS
We are the Silver Creek Dragons. We are here because we are outsiders. We came to get a better and different education. No matter what the reason is (made us, kicked out of a different school, failing classes, or because we chose to), we all have something in common, and it’s to graduate.
The idea we all stand for is our school motto, “Be nice, work hard.” Even though we don’t get along with each other all the time, at the end of the day, we are always there for each other. One of the big and best opportunities that we have is that we can graduate a year early.
Our school is a community because we are all connected and are trained in self-regulation skills (CRM). Another thing that makes us unique is our real-world internship that fuels our passions. That’s what makes us the Silver Creek Dragons.
You, too, can also be a part of our second home, and have a great high school experience.
NUESTRA VOZ CUENTA
Nosotros somos los dragones de Silver Creek High School, estamos aquí porque somos forasteros. Vinimos para obtener una educación mejor y diferente. No importa la razón por la cual estamos que (nos obligaron, nos expulsaron de otra escuela, estábamos reprobando las clases o porque elegimos estar aquí), todos tenemos algo en común y es graduarnos.
La idea que todos defendemos es nuestro lema escolar “Se amable, trabaja duro”. a pesar de que no nos llevamos bien todo el tiempo al final del día, siempre estamos ahí el uno para el otro. Una de las grandes y mejores oportunidades que tenemos es que podemos graduarnos un año antes.
Nuestra escuela es una comunidad porque todos estamos conectados y capacitados en habilidades de autorregulación (CRM). Otra cosa que no hace extraordinarios es enuestro aprendizaje en el mundo real a través de pasantías que alimentan nuestras pasiones. Eso es lo que nos hace los Dragones de Silver Creek.
