Each day when we arise we have the opportunity to believe in ourselves or not. Those first thoughts of the day set the tone for the experience we will create. I remember, when I was in high school, I knew if I heard the song “Volare” on the radio the boy I currently had a crush on would talk to me that day. It usually worked because that was the expectation I was holding. If I only knew then what I know now I could have created something of greater value for humanity. The frequency around you attracts to you exactly what matches your energy. Now is the time for all of us to become very aware of the thoughts we hold and project. If you are constantly bemoaning the state of the world, guess what? you are contributing to the overall low frequency and chaos. If you put your focus on How can I help? you will be directed to the areas that can use your skills and energy. We have become so used to having our minds programmed by the technology that flows so abundantly, we are almost unconscious of the energy we let invade our psyche and pollute our field. If you are not on guard of all the energy that permeates your space, make an effort to surveil what is around you. Are the people around you toxic? Are your relationships toxic? Is the food you put into your body going to raise or deplete your vibration? Do we even have time to become aware with trying to work, take care of a family, have something of a social life? I can state from personal experience there is nothing that is more important than becoming responsible for the energy you entertain. It controls all of your tomorrows. When you get up in the morning, be grateful for your bed, for the workers that provided energy that kept your house warm at night, for the clerks that stock the grocery stores with food, for the animals that contribute to your food supply. Be thankful for the water that fills the river and our streams. Be thankful for the truck drivers that deliver all the food to the stores. Be thankful for all the first responders and for all the creatures of the sea, particularly the whales and the dolphins who do more with sound frequency than you can imagine. Be thankful for the trees and all the oxygen they create. Be thankful for the birds of the air. No matter what your story is, find something positive to start your day and you will create an avalanche of joy. No one can do it for you; you must do it by yourself. It is your energy field. I am so grateful for shoveling snow. I would love to do more of it this season. Bless snow for the water and jobs it provides. Ask yourself: Does your mind need an oil change? I know we can do this and create an environment of abundance of all good things. Blessings, Dove
