How will you handle a huge change in the truth of our world? Will you be able to let it flow and experience the newness of it or will you choose fear of change? I often wonder how I will react when the reality of life I have accepted comes to a complete change. What if all that I thought was truth wasn’t? Could I adjust, find a new reality to embrace, or would I cling to the old reality with determination that I don’t have to accept change? I think all of us could be faced with a new way of being and I find it is important for me to contemplate my ability to find truth in all circumstances and move forward in a state of grace. With the emergence of AI and all that it brings with it, I am intrigued by the potential it holds. I can let AI write my column or not (I would never do that). I can ask for guidance on just about any subject, from the best way to winterize my strawberries to where am I consciously. Get quiet and exam your true belief systems and see how attached to them you are. There are certain things I would never want to give up, such as the beauty of connecting with other humans on a deep, personal level. I would never want to give up outrageous humor, as I love to laugh. Good food is essential in my life, but it has to be real, organic and taste wonderful. Fashion, I could care less. Nature, trees, the elk in my yard, the bunnies that explore my porch, the amazing imaginations of my grandchildren, good friends, music that fills my soul and the unexpected, magical moments that life brings. I feel we should be prepared for the unexpected and not be too attached to the way things are. Keep the chaos away from your heart and observe the situations as they arise. Only open to the energy that feels compatible with your heart and let the rest go. You will create your own reality; create from a place of joy, acceptance and discernment. Be of service, first to yourself and then to others and the planet. It is going to get really interesting in the near future. Are you flexible? It will make things easier if you are. Grace is a state of inner peace, or the name I give my bicycle, or both, for me. Breathe deep, grow spiritually and you will be ready to ride the waves of change. Many blessings, Dove
