The City of Ketchum, now in its third year of a pilot program to provide on-street winter parking, is reminding motorists it will only ticket on days that are reserved for snowplowing and/or street cleaning.
You can receive text notification of days when there will be plowing/cleaning the streets by signing up on the city’s website at tinyurl.com/yckmba39.
The city is also reminding residents to turn off holiday lights by 10:30 p.m. This is part of Ketchum’s Dark Skies ordinance.
“We like the festive lights in our town, and we love the brilliant stars, too. We can see both with an automatic timer or two,” Mayor Neil Bradshaw said.
