We have been programed to believe that no one wants to really hear if you are having a bad day, or bad week. Have you ever stopped to consider how disempowering this is to yourself. Your whole mindset becomes one of always being cheerful or no one will want to be around you. If we can’t speak our truth, how can we expect anyone else to speak their truth. We become a society of false emotions and false presentations. What would happen if we could say, not with lots of emotions but with just a simple statement that “I am having a hard time today, I’m not sure which way to turn?’ “I would really love to be able to just hear myself speak my truth so that I have heard myself state what’s really going on with me. If I do that, I might get in touch with my true feelings rather than continue with a fake energetic response. Hearing ourselves speak our truth can lead us to an understanding of what is going on with us and that is the best way to arrive at a plan of action to correct the situation. Speaking your truth to someone you trust, changes your whole frequency with your own understanding of who you are. It has been said, “If you can speak it, you can heal it.” When you are truthful with yourself, you are on the way to solving your problem. Without truth you will never get to the truth of your emotions. Know thyself, is a true statement as I have learned, if I fake it till I make it, the energy never gets resolved emotionally. Face the issue head on, not with judgement, but with compassion for yourself and whoever might be listening. By speaking your truth, you set an example for others to speak their truth. What if we all started speaking our truth, we might start setting a frequency of truth for all to experience. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if “TRUTH” could become our reality rather than all the misinformation we receive. We have to hold the frequency first before it can become our way of being. Give it some thought, know yourself well enough to not just be angry or sad, figure out what the true source of your issue is, and you will start to create wonderful emotional freedom for yourself and all those around you. Here’s to TRUTH.
