Now we are starting a new year with hopes of a better year; for sure, the Hispanic\/Latino America community is looking forward to a more positive one. We are gearing up for the challenges and opportunities that are coming our way, such as leadership opportunities and being more engaged in politics, business, faith, academics and mental health.<br \/>\nWe, as Latinos, are standing together and delivering a message of compassion, courage and commitment to the well-being of our community with powerful, successful and caring stories this year.<br \/>\nLike the many efforts that are supporting our families, we also continue to contribute our successes and our resources to this wonderful and strong Sun Valley\/Wood River Valley community. I encourage our readers to support this vital column, \u201cOur Voice Counts,\u201d with feedback and your financial support.
