Meister will officially step into the role on July 1, 2025, following a transitional onboarding period beginning mid-June alongside current ED\/AD, Naomi McDougall Jones, who will continue with the company in a new role as Executive\/Artistic Advisor.<br \/>\nAfter an extensive national search, TLTC\u2019s board and leadership unanimously selected Meister for her extraordinary qualifications, artistic vision, and proven leadership in arts education and program development.<br \/>\nMeister brings over 14 years of experience from AMDA College of the Performing Arts in Los Angeles, where she currently serves as the Director of The Artists\u2019 Lab and the BFA Performing Arts Content Creation Program. Her tenure at AMDA has been marked by innovation and excellence, most notably through the creation and leadership of their groundbreaking BFA Content Creation Program \u2014 a first-of-its-kind initiative that has redefined how performing artists are trained for the evolving demands of the industry.<br \/>\n\u201cWe are absolutely over the moon to welcome Emily to The Liberty Theatre Company and to the Wood River Valley,\u201d said Naomi McDougall Jones. \u201cOnly in my wildest dreams did I imagine we\u2019d find someone as spectacular as Emily to lead this organization into its next chapter. From the first round of interviews, it was clear that she was not only an extremely qualified candidate \u2014 she was a visionary, a dynamic leader, and a truly gifted artist. The future of TLTC is bright under her leadership.\u201d<br \/>\nA multidisciplinary artist and seasoned program director, Meister brings both creative passion and strategic acumen to the role.
