{"id":22245,"date":"2025-04-16T00:19:45","date_gmt":"2025-04-16T06:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/woodriverweekly.com\/?p=22245"},"modified":"2025-04-14T14:21:57","modified_gmt":"2025-04-14T20:21:57","slug":"celebrating-earth-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/woodriverweekly.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/16\/celebrating-earth-day\/","title":{"rendered":"CELEBRATING EARTH DAY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">BY ELIZABETH JEFFREY<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>OUR VOICE COUNTS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Our Valley is bursting with energetic and creative people who strive to help create our sense of place where both visitors and local residents can find support and entertainment that connects us with each other and with our wider world of opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">The weekend of April 25th in Hailey is a great example of this community spirit, offering three wonderful and free events for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Friday, April 25th, starts out with the first Spring Fest Street Fair on 1st Avenue between Carbonate and Bullion Street, with music, food, beer and a kids\u2019 corner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Saturday, April 26th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offers another event that should appeal to everyone with the Valley\u2019s 5th annual Earth Fest on Croy Street between River and Main Street, providing great Activities in Circularity, a Trunk Sale, Fix-It Clinic, music, food vendors and games.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Sunday, April 27th, is to Dia de Los Ni\u00f1os at the Community Campus and BCRD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Come with family, friends, neighbors or alone and meet some wonderful people in our community to share some fun and build your connections to our Valley home as we change and grow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>NUESTRA VOZ CUENTA<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Nuestro Valle est\u00e1 repleto de personas en\u00e9rgicas y creativas que se esfuerzan por crear un ambiente donde tanto visitantes como residentes locales pueden encontrar apoyo y entretenimiento que nos conecta entre nosotros y con nuestro amplio mundo de oportunidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">El fin de semana del 25 de abril en Hailey es un gran ejemplo de este esp\u00edritu comunitario, con tres eventos maravillosos y gratuitos para todos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">El viernes 25 de abril comienza con la primera Feria Callejera Spring Fest en la 1.\u00aa Avenida, entre las calles Carbonate y Bullion, con m\u00fasica, comida, cerveza y un rinc\u00f3n infantil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">El s\u00e1bado 26 de abril, de 10:00 a. m. a 2:00 p. m., se ofrece otro evento que seguro atraer\u00e1 a todos: el 5.\u00ba Festival de la Tierra anual del Valle, en la calle Croy, entre las calles River y Main, que ofrece excelentes actividades de circularidad, una venta de ba\u00fales, una cl\u00ednica de reparaciones, m\u00fasica, puestos de comida y juegos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">El domingo 27 de abril se celebra el D\u00eda de los Ni\u00f1os en el Campus Comunitario y el BCRD.
