At its July 11 regular meeting, Bellevue\u2019s city council approved a lot-line adjustment that more appropriately reflects the buildability of the topography there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In August, the proposal to develop the Karl Malone Ford Dealership and Powersports Store will go in front of the planning and zoning committee. If the project is ultimately approved by the city, it will likely move the dealership owned by Malone in Hailey to the city\u2019s southern neighbor. The former Utah Jazz forward owns a number of dealerships in Utah and elsewhere.
