Last week, the FDA and CDC met to discuss and approve:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moderna\u2019s approval requests for children ages six months to five years<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">old and six years old through 17 years old<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pfizer-BioNTech\u2019s approval request for children ages six months through four years of age<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By last weekend, all of those emergency approvals were granted. The move means 20 million more Americans will be eligible for vaccination.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St. Luke\u2019s is requesting people to use their MyChart online portal to set vaccination times.
