Cenarrusa has had five prior DUI convictions since 2008. Cenarrusa was also cited with two infractions for Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance and Driving with an Expired License.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cenarrusa\u2019s vehicle sustained substantial damage and was towed from the scene.
