Crime scene investigation, debris found at the scene, and Von Heuring\u2019s injuries were consistent with being struck by a vehicle. The initial evidence at the scene indicates Von Heuring was likely walking in the northbound lane of travel at the time of the collision.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An accident reconstruction expert with the Idaho State Police is working with the Sheriff\u2019s Office deputies to further the investigation.
