Both vehicles were traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 20 in the eastbound lane.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both drivers were the single occupants in their respective vehicles and both were transported for injuries to St. Luke\u2019s Wood River Medical Center in Ketchum. Fields was wearing a seatbelt.
