More than 30 events and activities comprise the Oct. 6\u201310 festival that is marking its 25th year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Festival organizers also announced they are breaking ground on the monument project this week, which means the unveiling of the bronze sculpture by Danny Edwards will happen during this year\u2019s festival.
