SCPHD will be providing routine vaccinations while Luke\u2019s Family Pharmacy will administer the COVID-19 vaccine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first event will take place Wednesday, Aug. 11, from 12 to 6 p.m. at Wood River High School. The second is Thursday, Aug. 12, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Wood River Middle School.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To receive the COVID-19 vaccine, children ages 12 to 15 must have a parent present at the time of administration. Individuals between the ages of 16 to 18 will need a signed parent permission form.
