This newly made fund was created to help assist families that have been struggling to cope with illness and unemploymentdue to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">It has been a new experience for me to not only take phone calls and assist the community, but to do all of that in Spanish. I truly wouldn\u2019t want it any other way, however. It\u2019s been amazing to see the number of people that have reached out and trusted this fund and trusted the people involved in this fund to help them in the best way we can. And for those who are hesitant to reach out due to certain situations, please give us a call anyway. I\u2019m sure myself or anyone else on the line can answer one or more of your questions and even start your application process, if that is something that you feel comfortable enough doing after learning more about BCCF. Because, undocumented or not, you qualify, you matter, and you are part of this community.
