Clinic staff will be able to complete a risk assessment over the phone and provide guidance on next steps, which may include arranging testing, if needed. If you need to call after hours, contact (208) 381-9000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">If you need to visit the emergency department to treat symptoms, call ahead to your local facility and ask for a protective facemask when you arrive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Any general public with questions on local public health response efforts and general questions about this new virus can call one of the following Public Health Departments:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">South Central Public Health, which serves Blaine, Camas, Gooding, Lincoln, Jerome, Minidoka and Twin Falls counties, can be reached 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays at (208) 737-5900.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Central District Health, which serves Ada, Boise, Elmore and Valley counties, has a call center that will operate weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (208) 321-2222.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Southwest District Health, which serves Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette and Washington counties, is operating its call center weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at (208) 455-5411.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Infection prevention<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">To prevent the spread of COVID-19, use the same precautions you would for the flu and common cold. St. Luke\u2019s recommends these infection-prevention practices:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">If you\u2019re sick, stay home.
