Not about your physical appearance, but about the love in your heart.<\/p>\n<p>What do you hold the most dear\u2014your family, your pets, nature. Make your first conscious thought one that brings you joy. It will change the flow of your whole day.<\/p>\n<p>Make finding that positive thought a priority; let that become your new habit. You will be amazed at how rapidly your life becomes magical. You become excited about the prospect of a new day. You develop a new energy and vitality and that which you love becomes the dominant force in your life.<\/p>\n<p>Life is a gift, the purpose is joy.
