The Local Food Alliance brings the table and sets the stage for an elevated experience. The farmers bring their fresh, sustainably produced food and the chefs bring their creativity and talents to design a hyper-seasonal, five-course meal. You bring a plate and a desire to connect to our food community!

The Elevated Table is an on-farm fundraiser dinner series for the Local Food Alliance, a program of the Sun Valley Institute. Join us in a celebration of the harvest—from early-season greens, to peas and radishes, to late-season winter squash, and root vegetables and grains.

Chef Sean Temple, accompanied by Sarah Lipton of Hank & Sylvie’s, prepares five unique courses highlighting seasonal ingredients. Libations include cocktails made with seasonal fruit, fresh herbs and local spirits, locally brewed beer, and a regional wine paired with each savory course.

The dinners implement SVI’s mission-critical strategies: increasing access to fresh, seasonal, locally grown food; supporting the incredible farmers in our community; and demonstrating the unparalleled taste and quality of food grown on local farms.

Ingredients for The Elevated Table are sourced from local producers, including, but not limited to, Squash Blossom Farm, Silver Spring Ranch, Hillside Grain, Agrarian Harvest, Lava Lake Lamb, Waterwheel Gardens, and King’s Crown Organic.

Friday, July 12 – 5:30pm

– Squash Blossom Farm

Friday, August 9 – 5:30pm

– Silver Spring Ranch

Thursday, September 12

– 5:30pm – Hillside Grain

Proceeds benefit Local Food Alliance’s efforts to create a resilient local and regional food system for the Wood River Valley.

Tickets to The Elevated Table can be purchased at theelevatedtable.org.

By the Local Food Alliance Team Everyone brings something to The Elevated Table.
